Snetterton Race Track
Snetterton is one of the fastest race circuits in the country. The layout includes two of the longest straights in the UK, linked by quick corners, and a couple of mind-concentrating chicanes which makes it the ideal venue for the evaluation stages of the McLaren Autosport BRDC Award - the most prestigious award that any young British racing driver can win.
Snetterton plays host to the UK's best championships on four wheels and two with action from British Superbikes, British F3/GTs and British Touring Cars. The 24 Hour Citroen 2CV race is always a popular event as is the CRMC 'Race of Aces' not to mention the many club-level bike and car championships that visit throughout the year. 
The Snetterton Race Track is also the venue for one of the largest weekly Sunday markets in East Anglia.
You'll find the circuit 10 miles north-east of Thetford on the A11 from London to Norwich.
With Snetterton just a 15 minute drive from Thompson, the Chequers is ideally situated to provide accommodation and food for market traders, spectators and those racing at the Snetterton Race Track.
